Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LofiCouch. By using LofiCouch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts And Rooms
You are responsible for your account, password, rooms, room codes, profile details, messages, playlists, and activity in the rooms you create or join.
Keep invite links and room codes private when you want a private room. Anyone with access to a room code or link may be able to join, depending on the room settings available in the product.
Content And Third-Party Services
LofiCouch helps people watch, talk, and play together. You are responsible for the links, videos, files, messages, and other content you choose to share or play.
Third-party services such as YouTube and Google Drive are governed by their own terms. LofiCouch does not grant you rights to content that you do not already have permission to access or use.
For protected streaming services, each viewer is responsible for using their own account and following the provider's rules. LofiCouch does not proxy, decrypt, download, capture, or restream protected video.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LofiCouch to harass others, share illegal or harmful content, violate someone else's rights, disrupt the service, abuse realtime systems, scrape data, bypass security, or create automated traffic that harms the product.
Service Changes
LofiCouch may change, pause, remove, or limit features as the product evolves. We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account or room is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other people.
No Warranty
LofiCouch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect synchronization, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, network, device, or third-party media source.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LofiCouch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from use of the product.
